The coffee bible

This book is seriously a "must read" for espresso newbies. It is really well written, and gives a good overview of both the science and the art of making great coffee. I always ask baristas in training to read this book before they start doing anything on the machine. Not sure if it's available locally, but it's always available on Amazon.
It always seems a shame when baristas don't understand the science behind pouring the perfect shot. Thanks for reading.Back
