The coffee bible

This book is seriously a "must read" for espresso newbies. It is really well written, and gives a good overview of both the science and the art of making great coffee. I always ask baristas in training to read this book before they start doing anything on the machine. Not sure if it's available locally, but it's always available on Amazon
