Making your own pasta, try this …

Tri-colour pasta. You’ll need to make 3 coloured doughs, as well as the egg dough for the main sheet. Roll them out into tagliatelle, then lay them however you want on the main sheet. Make sure you don’t roll out anything to the finished thickness initially. Cover with cling film and press the tagliatelle into the main dough. Uncover, then carefully roll together, best with the final 2 thicknesses ….. done!! Send us a photo!

All of our sushi is house-made every morning, so just let us know if you hve any special requests (fillings/size/vegan, etc.). We supply soy sauce with all orders, and gluten free soy sauce if required. All of our sushi is gluten free.

We make our own bread

Because of this, if you wanted extra large, or super small, just let us know. Our bread is made fresh every morning. Our current varieties are:

fennel & black sesame seed rolls, soft pretzels, Turkish rolls, lo-GI brown seed rolls, English muffins, olive/rosemary rolls, plain or jalapeno/cheese bagels.
